Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Current state licensure or eligibility as required
• Proficiency in performing and evaluating X-ray exams with attention to quality and safety
• Strong understanding of radiographic equipment operation and relevant software systems
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS certification preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct standard and specialized X-ray procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety, provide clear explanations of procedures, and maintain comfort throughout imaging processes
• Accurately produce diagnostic images and ensure correct patient identification and documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of imaging areas and equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers for accurate diagnosis and timely care
• Strictly adhere to infection control and safety regulations
• Manage digital image data and facilitate efficient transfer of results for physician review
