X-Ray Tech - Oregon City, OR

A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist to provide essential imaging services in a hospital setting. This 13-week contract role is ideal for individuals with a commitment to quality patient care and expertise in advanced imaging technology.

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend nights: 6:30pm–6:30am (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification
• Valid Oregon (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS certification required
• Prior experience with Siemens, Carestream, and GE radiology equipment preferred
• Familiarity with fluoroscopy and intraoperative/surgical imaging procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Operate and maintain Siemens, Carestream, and GE imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient workflow
• Assist with fluoroscopic and surgical imaging procedures as needed
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care and accurate diagnostic results
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in electronic medical records
• Adhere to all safety standards and infection control policies in the imaging environment
