Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Active state license for Radiologic Technology
• Proven experience operating digital X-ray equipment in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong understanding of patient positioning, radiation safety protocols, and quality control standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders and established guidelines
• Ensure optimal image quality while minimizing patient exposure to radiation
• Prepare, position, and guide patients throughout the imaging process, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate records including imaging logs, patient histories, and quality assurance reports
• Regularly inspect and calibrate imaging equipment per safety and operational standards
• Adhere to infection control procedures and workplace safety policies at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely, efficient care
