Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
• Proven expertise in operating X-ray equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures
• Familiarity with maintaining radiation safety standards for patients and staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients, physicians, and colleagues
• Ability to assess patient needs, explain procedures, and provide excellent patient care

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by healthcare providers
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure imaging equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
• Accurately position patients to obtain optimal image quality while prioritizing their comfort and safety
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of procedures and patient interactions
• Adhere to HIPAA requirements and all facility protocols for infection control and safety
• Work efficiently within a team environment to coordinate care and facilitate the patient experience
