Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible travel contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform X-ray exams as ordered, following standard protocols for adult and pediatric patients
  • Prepare radiology suite, equipment, and materials, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow
  • Register patients, process payments, and provide exceptional front office service
  • Document patient history, chief complaint, vital signs, and assist with rooming and triage
  • Obtain, process, and send out specimens for point-of-care and lab testing
  • Assist with minor procedures and help maintain the clinical and exam areas
  • Monitor x-ray image receipt and ensure smooth communication with the radiology department
  • Train and support new staff as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college
  • Current state licensure as a radiologic technologist
  • ARRT certification and current CPR/BLS required
  • At least 2 years of experience in urgent care or emergency room settings preferred
  • Proficient with EMR systems (Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and proven customer service skills
