Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • State licensure required for radiographers
  • Proven experience operating X-ray equipment effectively and safely
  • Solid understanding of radiation safety standards and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and effective patient care skills
  • Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout
  • Operate digital and conventional radiology equipment for diagnostic imaging
  • Position patients accurately to obtain optimum imaging results
  • Capture, process, and review high-quality radiographic images for diagnostic purposes
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and infection control procedures
  • Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
  • Support physicians by providing timely and precise imaging results
