X-Ray Technician - Selinsgrove, PA

Step into an essential role supporting patient care through high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This contract opportunity lasts 13 weeks and focuses on providing expertise in X-ray imaging within a busy outpatient center environment.

Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each (Evenings: 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday through Friday)
• No weekend or on-call shifts required

Key Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• Registered Technologist with valid ARRT credentials
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist
• Proficiency using GE OEC C-arms and portable X-ray units from GE and Shimadzu
• Demonstrated experience covering orthopedic, urology, spine, gastroenterology, and pain clinic cases in an outpatient setting
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray images for a diverse range of procedures, ensuring accurate technique and patient safety
• Support surgical and non-surgical imaging needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams including orthopedics, urology, spine, gastroenterology, and pain management providers
• Provide imaging for both scheduled and urgent outpatient cases
• Maintain thorough documentation within the EPIC platform
• Follow established protocols, radiation safety standards, and contribute to continuous equipment management
