This contract opportunity requires a Radiologic Technologist skilled in performing a broad range of exams and able to confidently manage a robust patient flow, with day shift hours for optimal work-life balance.
Schedule/Hours:
- 10-hour days: 7:00am – 5:30pm, Tuesday through Friday
- Day shift position
- Flexible scheduling options
- Weekend and on-call rotation may be required as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of radiologic technologist experience
- Current ARRT certification and state licensure required
- BLS certification
- C-arm proficiency and confident use of portable X-ray units
- O-arm experience preferred, or a willingness to learn on-site
- Completion of Vistelar training (may be specific to facility)
- EMR familiarity (Cerner) and PACS experience (McKesson/Change Healthcare)
Responsibilities:
- Perform X-ray exams in ER, main floor, outpatient, and using portables (average 180 exams/day)
- Serve a diverse patient population—transplant, cardiac, critical care, surgery, and trauma (including stroke and hand trauma)
- Operate and maintain departmental equipment including Shimadzu and GE portables, Carestream ER, OEC c-arms, O-arms
- Float to various hospital areas including OR when needed
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow technologists in a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all imaging procedures
- Adhere to departmental scrub (Ceil Blue) and parking protocols (free badge access)
Support includes three days of unit orientation and guidance from seasoned supervisors and peers. Rotating schedules, with advance notice, offer opportunities for extended time off with approved RTO.

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
