X-Ray Technician in Strongsville, OH

Embark on an impactful opportunity as an X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist supporting advanced patient care at a renowned medical center. This contract position spans 13 weeks and is ideally suited for candidates passionate about delivering quality imaging services in a high-acuity, Trauma Level 1 environment serving both adult and pediatric patients.

Schedule:

• 4x10-hour night shifts (9:30pm–8:00am)
• Every other weekend required
• Specific days discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality X-ray imaging for trauma and routine procedures in alignment with physician orders
• Adapt techniques to both adult and pediatric populations in a fast-paced, emergency-driven environment
• Operate advanced imaging systems including EPIC, GE, Carestream, 9900 OEC’s, and Phillips platforms
• Ensure compliance with ARRT standards and BLS protocols in all clinical situations
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, efficient diagnostic processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold stringent patient safety and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in a Trauma Level 1 facility treating both adults and pediatrics
• Expertise working with EPIC, GE, Carestream, and Philips imaging equipment highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability for working effectively on a diverse team
• Ability to manage high patient volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy
