This contract opportunity focuses on delivering high-quality diagnostic services within a trauma level one facility serving both adults and pediatric patients. You will rotate through multiple specialized areas including surgery, pediatric units, ports, and the emergency department, ensuring a varied and engaging experience.

Schedule:

  • 4 shifts of 10 hours each, day shifts from 7:00am to 6:30pm
  • Specific days to be determined during the interview process
  • 13-week contract assignment

Qualifications:

  • Certified Radiologic Technologist with strong skills in performing diagnostic X-rays
  • Active registration with ARRT
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid Ohio radiologic technologist license
  • Experience in trauma settings preferred, especially working with both adults and children
  • Ability to adapt quickly and provide compassionate care across multiple clinical areas

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review imaging requests and prepare patients for X-ray procedures with sensitivity to their condition and needs
  • Operate X-ray equipment accurately following safety protocols, ensuring high-quality images for physician assessment
  • Rotate through surgery, ER, ports, and pediatric units, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain patient records, track procedures, and adhere to regulatory standards
  • Manage a variety of cases, including trauma and routine diagnostic needs efficiently
