X-Ray Technician | Strongsville, Ohio

Step into a critical role supporting patient care through advanced imaging services in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a contract radiologic technologist, you’ll utilize your technical and clinical expertise to provide high-quality X-ray imaging. This assignment is approximately 13 weeks in length and needs a reliable technologist excited to contribute to a collaborative team.

Schedule/Hours:

• 5 shifts of 8 hours, evenings (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
• Specific days of the week will be determined during the interview process

Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven hands-on experience in performing standard diagnostic X-ray examinations
• Solid working knowledge of radiologic safety protocols and regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and medical staff
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a wide range of diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by clinicians
• Properly position patients and operate imaging equipment with a focus on safety and quality
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Adhere strictly to infection prevention, equipment maintenance, and facility protocols
• Support patient comfort and understanding through clear instructions and empathetic interactions

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
