Step into a pivotal role supporting patient care and diagnostic accuracy as an Imaging X-ray Technologist. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and utilizes your skills to deliver high-quality imaging services alongside a dedicated healthcare team.

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts
• Week 1: Monday & Tuesday, 11:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.; Saturday, 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
• Week 2: Monday & Tuesday, 11:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.; Sunday, 11:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications:

• Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated experience operating X-ray equipment and carrying out radiographic procedures
• Strong communication and patient care skills to promote comfort and cooperation
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in image quality assessment and proper safety practice

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality X-ray images for diagnostic interpretation by physicians
• Prepare and position patients safely, ensuring appropriate technique and care throughout procedures
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment according to safety standards; perform quality assurance checks as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely, accurate results while prioritizing patient well-being
• Uphold rigorous protocols for radiation protection and patient confidentiality
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines
