Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent recognized credential)
• Active and unrestricted state licensure to practice as an X-ray Tech / Radiologic Technologist
• Experience operating digital radiography and X-ray equipment in a clinical or hospital setting
• Thorough knowledge of imaging safety protocols and patient care standards
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with medical staff and patients
• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Ensure correct patient positioning, secure patient comfort, and comply with safety regulations
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper functioning and calibration
• Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain detailed patient records according to facility protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret images when needed and provide quality patient care
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and confidentiality guidelines
• Provide instruction, care, and reassurance to patients before and during the imaging process
