X-Ray Technician in Warren, MI

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Nights: 10:30pm – 7:00am

Desired Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification
• Valid Michigan Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Solid experience operating X-ray/Imaging equipment and ensuring accurate results
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray and general radiologic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout the process
• Maintain a sterile work environment and uphold the highest safety standards for infection control and radiation exposure
• Review images for clarity and accuracy before submitting to radiologists for interpretation
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures when required, supporting collaborative care efforts
• Keep accurate records of procedures, equipment use, and patient documentation in compliance with facility policies
