X-Ray Technologist in Warwick, RI

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour evening shifts: 3:30pm - 12:00am (Wednesday – Sunday)
• No on-call requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT(R) certification
• Active BLS certification
• Rhode Island Radiologic Technologist license (pending licensure considered)
• Proven proficiency with X-ray procedures and safety protocols
• Adaptability in using various imaging systems, including Philips Carestream, GE equipment, portable devices, and C-Arms
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and patient safety at every step
• Operate up-to-date imaging equipment and adjust technical factors as needed for optimal diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout the process
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and facility protocols
• Contribute to high-quality patient care by maintaining cleanliness and functionality of imaging spaces and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to prioritize and manage case load efficiently
