Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification required
• Active BLS certification
• Previous experience as an X-ray Technologist is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles away from the work site

Schedule/Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring understanding and comfort throughout the process
• Accurately position patients and adjust equipment to obtain optimal images
• Adhere to strict safety standards, including proper use of protective shielding and monitoring of radiation exposure
• Maintain clear, accurate patient records and assist with documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to support coordinated patient care
• Maintain equipment by performing routine checks, reporting malfunctions, and coordinating scheduled maintenance
