This contract opportunity offers hands-on experience across a variety of settings, including emergency, outpatient, inpatient, surgical, and specialized fluoroscopic procedures.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- On-call responsibilities every other week in the Surgery department
Key Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
- Valid state license to practice as an X-ray Technologist
- Proficiency with general radiographic equipment and procedures
- Experience with ER, outpatient, inpatient, and surgical imaging cases
- Familiarity with fluoroscopy and the ability to assist in OR cases
- Willingness to occasionally assist with CT procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in imaging
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality diagnostic X-rays for ER, OP, and IP patients, as well as pain management and surgical cases
- Support fluoroscopic and OR imaging needs, ensuring compliance with sterile protocols
- Rotate into on-call coverage for surgical imaging every other week
- Accurately document procedures, maintain imaging equipment, and follow established protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout every step of imaging
- Collaborate with various care teams to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information
- Adhere to all regulatory, hospital, and departmental standards

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
