X-Ray Technician - Westerville, Ohio

The assignment is for 13 weeks, offering a chance to play a crucial role in patient diagnosis and care.

Schedule/Hours:

• 5 consecutive 8-hour shifts each week
• Day shift: 7:00am – 4:30pm
• Specific days will be determined during the interview

Required Credentials and Experience:

• Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Active Ohio state license for Radiologic Technologists
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven experience supporting imaging in Operating Room (OR) environments
• Proficiency performing X-rays and working as a Radiologic Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray equipment in accordance with established protocols, ensuring patient safety and diagnostic accuracy
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver precise diagnostic images
• Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging procedures per healthcare regulations
• Support the OR team with intraoperative imaging procedures as needed
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety standards at all times
