Travel X-Ray Technician | Winston-Salem, North Carolina

As an Imaging – X-ray Technologist, you will work within a highly respected Level II trauma center, playing a critical role in a variety of fast-paced clinical settings—including adult/pediatric emergency rooms, operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and an advanced NICU. This opportunity provides invaluable experience collaborating with diverse teams and leaders, advancing your skillset in trauma care, and expanding your resume with OR and fluoroscopy expertise.

Schedule/Hours:

• 1x9.5h: Friday, 8:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.
• 2x12h: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• 33.5 hour contract

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent X-ray/Imaging experience (2+ years preferred)
• OR and fluoroscopy experience required
• Experience with PACS, Portables, C-Arm, Contrast
• EPIC EMR proficiency required; Interlad experience preferred
• ARRT certification and current BLS required
• First-time travelers welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad spectrum of diagnostic X-ray procedures in trauma, OR, endoscopy, and NICU settings
• Respond rapidly to emergent imaging needs throughout the hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
• Operate Samsung, Carestream, Siemens, and Phillips X-ray equipment, GE OEC/O-arm
• Adhere to protocols, ensure accurate documentation in EPIC, and maintain infection control standards
