Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week contract
  • 5x8 shifts: Evenings, 3:30 pm–12:00 am (Wednesday through Sunday)
  • No on-call responsibilities

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT(R) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • RI Radiologic Technologist license (pending applications considered)
  • Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment, including digital and portable modalities
  • Experience with Philips Carestream, GE systems, portables, or C-Arms preferred
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices in radiologic imaging
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders
  • Operate a variety of imaging equipment, including Philips Carestream, GE consoles, portables, and C-Arms
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations
  • Accurately document and maintain patient records using electronic health systems
  • Support infection control and quality assurance initiatives within the imaging department
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
