Soliant Health is currently seeking an experienced IV/Infusion Pharmacy Technician for a reputable hospital in Allentown, PA (18103). This exciting opportunity starts on May 20th and spans a 13-week duration, offering day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements:

• Two years of recent and relevant experience in pharmacy operations
• Proficiency in compounding drugs, with a preference for hazardous drug compounding experience
• Familiarity with on-demand compounding rather than batch processing
• Ability to provide professional references prior to submission

Additional Information:

• Pennsylvania does not require licensure for pharmacy technicians
• PTCB certification is highly preferred, though not mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely compounding of IV medications according to prescribed formulations
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines, particularly in hazardous drug compounding
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy work area
