Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• ASCP or equivalent certification in Cytotechnology is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Cytotechnology or a related field
• Previous experience as a Cytologist in a clinical laboratory setting
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and cytotechnologist protocols
• Solid understanding of laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory standards
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine cellular samples using established laboratory techniques and protocols
• Identify cellular abnormalities and provide accurate diagnostic interpretations
• Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure reliable, timely results
• Maintain detailed records of findings in compliance with laboratory policies
• Participate in quality assurance activities, equipment maintenance, and procedure updates
• Ensure all tasks adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
