Schedule/Hours:

• Afternoon shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in histology, with strong technical skills in laboratory procedures
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• National certification as HT (Histotechnician) or HTL (Histotechnologist) required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Comfortable with digital communication for a 30-minute Microsoft Teams interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and embed tissue specimens, ensuring accuracy and adherence to laboratory protocols
• Perform staining, sectioning, and microscopic examination to assist pathologists with timely diagnoses
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Accurately document results and quality control activities in laboratory information systems
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to support efficient workflow and maintain the highest standards of patient care
