• Solid understanding of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in the use of laboratory information systems and common lab instrumentation
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens
• Accurately document test results and maintain quality assurance standards
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment following established protocols
• Adhere to laboratory safety policies and procedures while handling specimens and chemicals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals by providing timely and accurate lab results
• Participate in ongoing competency assessments, and support training for new staff as needed
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
