Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Current MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification required
• Previous experience in clinical laboratory settings preferred
• Solid knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and safety guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a collaborative team

Responsibilities:
