Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) | Alpharetta, Georgia

Step into a vital laboratory role supporting critical diagnostic operations by utilizing your skills as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician. This is a six-month contract opportunity offering an evening shift from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday—with every weekend off. Key Qualifications:

• Certification or associate/bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Technology required
• Previous experience in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Specimen Processing, Blood Bank, and Microbiology highly preferred
• Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and quality control practices
• Familiarity with Meditech laboratory information systems is an asset
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• No phlebotomy required for this position

Schedule:

• Analyze and process laboratory specimens accurately across assigned areas (excluding phlebotomy)
• Interpret results and maintain thorough documentation according to established protocols
