Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
  • Current certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) preferred
  • Prior experience in clinical laboratory settings strongly desired
  • Proficient in performing moderate and high-complexity testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols, quality control, and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time schedules available; details provided during the interview process

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and analyze laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, or immunohematology
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
  • Accurately document results and maintain specimen integrity
  • Adhere to established quality assurance standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace
