Responsibilities:

• Process patient specimens accurately and efficiently
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
• Review and verify test results; ensure prompt communication of critical values to clinical staff
• Adhere to all laboratory quality assurance and safety protocols
• Assist with inventory control and supply management
• Comply with regulatory standards and institutional policies
