• 13-week assignment
• Five 8-hour evening shifts per week
• Guaranteed 40 hours weekly

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Competent as a generalist across core laboratory disciplines
• Active New York State licensure as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician
• ASCP or AMT certification highly preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens using standard laboratory techniques
• Maintain accuracy and integrity when documenting and reporting laboratory results
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other health care personnel to provide reliable diagnostic information
