Qualifications:

• Certification as MLT (Medical Lab Technician) or Medical Technologist, with ASCP or MT required
• Demonstrated experience in Blood Banking
• Proficient in phlebotomy
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to lab protocols
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, patient-centered environments

Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad spectrum of laboratory tests, focusing on blood banking procedures and specimen analysis
• Collect specimens using safe and accurate phlebotomy techniques
• Accurately document and report test results, maintaining compliance with all laboratory regulations
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support high-quality patient diagnostics
