Qualifications:

• Valid national certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Previous experience functioning as a Generalist in a clinical laboratory setting
• Thorough understanding of laboratory testing procedures and quality assurance protocols
• Ability to operate and maintain standard laboratory instrumentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work nights and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule
• Accepts exemptions as required
