Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
• Familiarity with laboratory regulations and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of laboratory tests, including routine and complex analyses
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
• Accurately analyze, record, and report test results to support patient care
• Ensure compliance with laboratory policies, quality control standards, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret results and maintain workflow efficiency
• Participate in continuing education and proficiency testing as required
