Key Qualifications:
- Active New York State clinical laboratory license required
- ASCP or equivalent certification highly preferred
- Strong experience in clinical laboratory testing as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician
- Competence as a generalist, with proven skill in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and lab staff

Role Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests across all major disciplines
- Validate, interpret, and report laboratory results accurately and promptly
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment with precision
- Assist in quality control and quality assurance monitoring
- Uphold laboratory policies, procedures, and infection control standards
- Support specimen collection and proper documentation
- Troubleshoot technical and instrumentation issues as needed
