Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification or degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science
• Relevant credentials as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a clinical laboratory preferred
• Generalist experience, demonstrating capability in all major laboratory departments
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and automated instrumentation
• Current vaccination status is required

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform and analyze a wide range of diagnostic laboratory procedures across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Accurately document and report critical laboratory test results
• Uphold stringent quality assurance and safety standards to ensure reliable and timely results
• Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and other care team members to provide excellent, patient-centered service
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and laboratory best practices
• Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills during high-volume or urgent testing scenarios
