Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) by an accredited agency such as ASCP or AMT
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Proven proficiency in performing and analyzing routine and complex laboratory procedures in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, or blood bank
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments, information systems, and quality assurance protocols
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Adherence to all safety and regulatory standards within a laboratory setting

Primary Responsibilities:
