This 13-week travel assignment lets you elevate your career as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician. Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment
- 5 x 8-hour day shifts
- 6:30 am – 3:30 pm
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably as MT/MLT
- Generalist background with demonstrated proficiency in microbiology
- Blood Bank experience required
- Familiarity with Roche Cobas 6000 essential
- Experience with Sysmex-WAM, Roche middleware, and Instrument Manager preferred
- Previous work with Cerner and/or Epic strongly valued
- Must live at least 50 miles from Charleston, SC (no local candidates)
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced clinical settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic laboratory testing as a generalist, including microbiology and blood banking
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment
- Accurately document findings using EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain rigorous standards for compliance and safety
