Travel Medical Technologist in Charleston, SC

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• Five 8-hour shifts: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Every other weekend required

What You’ll Bring:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or AMT)
• At least three years of microbiology laboratory experience
• MT experience required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles outside the local area to be eligible

Role Expectations:

• Perform high-complexity laboratory testing, with a focus on microbiology
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Analyze specimens, report findings, and consult with clinical teams as needed
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure quality controls
• Help foster a collaborative, efficient laboratory environment
