Desired Qualifications:

• Valid ASCP certification (AMT not accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an MT/MLT Generalist
• Strong background in Blood Bank procedures
• Hands-on proficiency in Phlebotomy
• Familiarity with Roche cobas Pro/Pure Chemistry analyzers
• Proficient in Cerner Laboratory Information System (LIS)
• Candidates must be located at least 50 miles outside the Charleston area

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-complexity testing across all general lab sections
• Execute phlebotomy tasks efficiently and with attention to patient comfort
• Ensure accuracy in specimen processing, reporting, and data entry
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams and support quality assurance initiatives
