Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour night shifts per week (specific hours will be discussed during the interview process)
- No holiday coverage required
Qualifications:
- Current ASCP certification is required
- At least one year of clinical laboratory experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory workflows and diagnostic instrumentation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication abilities and attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency, supporting patient diagnosis and treatment
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentation
- Monitor and document quality control measures according to established protocols
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Accurately record and report test results in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care
