Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) - Clinton, Massachusetts

Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour night shifts per week (specific hours will be discussed during the interview process)
• No holiday coverage required

Qualifications:

• Current ASCP certification is required
• At least one year of clinical laboratory experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory workflows and diagnostic instrumentation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication abilities and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency, supporting patient diagnosis and treatment
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Monitor and document quality control measures according to established protocols
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines
• Accurately record and report test results in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care
