Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze specimens ensuring accuracy and timeliness of test results
• Verify, record, and report results to healthcare providers promptly
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instrumentation following protocols
• Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and facility safety guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other laboratory staff
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and proficiency testing
• Troubleshoot issues with instrumentation or specimen integrity as needed
