• Strong proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation across core lab departments (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and validate test results accurately
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) and documentation best practices
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative laboratory team
• Effective communication skills for working with clinicians, patients, and lab staff
