Medical Technologist in Clinton, NY

Current Openings & Schedule:

• 1 Day Shift
• 2 Night Shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Certification and professional experience as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Proficient as a clinical laboratory generalist, with solid technical competency across core lab disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in both automated and manual laboratory procedures, including quality control and analysis of results
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests utilizing modern instrumentation and proven methodologies
• Analyze, interpret, and validate results to assure the accuracy and timeliness of patient data
• Perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment, addressing issues as needed
• Uphold regulatory and facility safety standards, including documentation and record-keeping
• Collaborate with clinical staff to clarify test results and support optimal patient outcomes
• Assist with training and orientation for new laboratory staff, as necessary
