Schedule/Hours
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- Valid and current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent)
- Proven experience in laboratory analysis, specimen handling, and quality control
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency with laboratory instrumentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Verify and communicate laboratory results to physicians and medical staff
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments according to established protocols
- Adhere strictly to quality assurance and safety standards within the lab environment
- Document and report lab findings accurately and promptly
- Support ongoing laboratory operations and process improvements as needed
