Schedule/Hours

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
• Valid and current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent)
• Proven experience in laboratory analysis, specimen handling, and quality control
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency with laboratory instrumentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
• Verify and communicate laboratory results to physicians and medical staff
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments according to established protocols
• Adhere strictly to quality assurance and safety standards within the lab environment
• Document and report lab findings accurately and promptly
• Support ongoing laboratory operations and process improvements as needed
