Qualifications:

• Experience as a Generalist in a clinical laboratory setting
• Current ASCP or AMT certification preferred
• Active New York State clinical laboratory technologist or technician license
• COVID-19 vaccination required for employment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and analyze laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality assurance standards and safety protocols
• Interpret and verify results, maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other laboratory professionals to provide timely and precise laboratory data
• Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
