Key Qualifications:

• Current ASCP or AMT certification required
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous experience as a Registered US Tech

• MT/MLT credential
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate laboratory testing and analysis across multiple disciplines
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation (including GE platforms)
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve technical issues to maintain lab workflow
• Document and report test results promptly to support medical decision-making
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to foster a positive, patient-focused lab environment
