Schedule:

• Night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week

Key Qualifications:

• Current certification or eligibility as an MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) or MT (Medical Technologist)
• Graduation from an accredited medical laboratory science program
• Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation
• Previous hospital or clinical laboratory experience is highly valued
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical testing on blood, body fluids, and other samples
• Ensure quality control measures are followed for all testing processes
• Analyze results and effectively communicate findings with healthcare staff
• Follow protocols for specimen collection, labeling, and handling
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all regulatory standards
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements to optimize lab efficiency
