Schedule:

• Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science
• 2-3 years of prior experience functioning as a Medical Technologist, Medical Lab Technician, or in a comparable laboratory capacity
• Hands-on experience working with Beckman Coulter instrumentation, with preference for direct AU system experience
• Solid understanding of laboratory operations, safety protocols, and clinical testing standards
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, timely results
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with team members and healthcare staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of laboratory tests following established protocols to support diagnoses and monitor treatments
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, with a focus on Beckman Coulter analyzers
• Record and report results accurately, ensuring appropriate documentation and confidentiality
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues and collaborate with technical support as needed
• Adhere to stringent quality control, safety, and compliance guidelines
• Support continuous improvement through process evaluation and constructive feedback
