Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related science
  • Minimum one year recent experience working in a clinical laboratory
  • Proficiency with laboratory information systems and major diagnostic testing methods
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member
  • Current BLS certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols
  • Verify, report, and interpret test results accurately and promptly
  • Ensure diagnostic equipment is calibrated, maintained, and quality-checked to meet safety standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to optimize patient care
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality control procedures
  • Contribute to ongoing departmental process improvements and initiatives

$1,500 - $1,587/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
