Qualifications:

• Strong background as a laboratory generalist
• ASCP or AMT certification required
• Nevada lab license preferred
• COVID vaccination or valid exemption

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols
• Accurately analyze specimens in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and transfusion services
• Maintain detailed and organized laboratory records
• Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments, ensuring precision and compliance with quality control standards
• Collaborate closely with clinical and laboratory staff to deliver timely, accurate results supporting patient care
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
