Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician, or in a closely related role
  • Hands-on experience with Beckman Coulter equipment, preferably with the AU system
  • Strong understanding of lab safety protocols and quality assurance practices
  • Certification as an MLT or MT is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and analyze a full range of laboratory tests using sophisticated instrumentation
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Beckman Coulter analyzers, ensuring reliable performance and calibration
  • Accurately record and report laboratory findings in alignment with established protocols
  • Contribute to quality control and participate in corrective actions when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure test accuracy and timely reporting
  • Maintain strict adherence to all laboratory and hospital safety guidelines
