Schedule:

• 7:00pm – 7:00am shifts
• Three 12-hour shifts per week

Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
• Prior hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and standard diagnostic equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to consistently follow established protocols
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient outcomes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, and tissues, ensuring rapid and accurate results
• Analyze and interpret laboratory data, identifying abnormal findings and reporting them promptly
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to assure consistent performance and reliability
• Ensure proper collection, labeling, and handling of samples to preserve specimen integrity
• Participate in quality assurance and control processes to support ongoing accreditation
• Collaborate effectively with clinical teams, providing critical laboratory insights for patient management
